Nothing but great benefits are achieved when you are involved in a team building exercise. When coming together at a meeting with my fellow Educators and Aussie Kidz staff we discussed our Summer Program plan. I contributed and then followed up with a picture on our WhatsApp group the next day as did many other Educators. It’s always beneficial when you research and get ideas from teammates. It gives you different perspectives, ideas, a different path of thinking and all these things can re-boost your enthusiasm and dedication to the job. Even thou I have been doing daycare for many years, it was great to get some new ideas and always refreshes the old ideas I had forgotten about. This team building exercise has been helpful and one that I would love to see more of in the future.
My son Varun has been going to Santhana's day care for just over an year now. We shifted him from a mainstream daycare wanting to give him a slower and calmer environment to flourish in and also to help build his immunity as he was falling constantly sick. I was quite hesitant at first to do so, having not much experience with family daycares. However, my only regret is that I didn't bring him out sooner. He is very comfortable and attached to Santhana and is well taken care of under her care. He has greatly improved in social, vocabulary and fine motor skills there. The environment at her care is well suited to his and our needs. He is able to individually flourish and be heard here which is very important to me. Our concerns are also listened to and resolved as best as possible. thank you
